American Barns

The American Barn design is used to maximise vertical storage space by increasing the height of the central section of the barn above the side awnings. The increased head room allows for storage of tall agricultural equipment and machinery. For additional storage or even accommodation, a mezzanine floor can be added to add more space.

Another benefit with regard to safety and long-term viability is that once constructed, prefab barns offer an almost entirely non-flammable structure. Not only is it a safer option for both the animals within or equipment, but they can also be an incredibly cost-effective option by way of reduced insurance premiums for those who favor the steel prefab option over traditional wood.

Mezzanine floors are great for storage

With our modular design system you can easily expand your structure at a later date with minimal effort, just remove the end wall cladding and add another bay.
